振动方向角对给料机中粘性煤粒运动规律的影响

摘要: 为了研究振动方向角对不同粘性煤粒在振动给料机中运动规律的影响,基于EDEM软件,采用JKR-Cohesion模型模拟了不同粘性煤粒在不同振动方向角的振动给料机中的运动行为。结果表明:对于不同粘性的煤料,随着振动方向角的增加,其流量值的波动幅度逐渐减少,并逐步趋于稳定状态,且低粘度煤粒、中等粘度煤粒和高粘度煤粒较有利的振动方向角分别为35°~45°、40°~50°和45°~55°。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to study on the motion law of the variable cohesive coal particles moving on the vibrating feeder under different vibrating direction angles, we employ the JKR-Cohesion model to simulate their movements based on the EDEM software. The results show that for the variable cohesive coal particles , the fluctuation range of the flux value decreases to the steady state along with the increase of the vibrating direction angle ,and the best effective vibrating direction angles for the low viscosity coal particles, medium viscosity coal particles and high viscosity coal particles are 35°~45°、40°~50° and 45°~55°,respectively.
